4. Press-On Nail Use Disclaimer

• ERB does not guarantee any specific wear time. Wear results vary based on prep, application, lifestyle, nail condition, and aftercare.
• ERB does not guarantee a perfect fit for every nail bed. Sizing guidance is provided to help reduce mistakes, but fit depends on individual nail shape and measurements.
• You are responsible for proper preparation, application, wear, and removal of press-on nails, including following all provided instructions and reviewing ingredients and labels when available.
• Press-on nails, adhesives, tabs, and prep products may cause irritation or allergic reaction for some users. Do not use on irritated, damaged, infected, painful, or unhealthy nails or skin. Discontinue use if redness, itching, swelling, burning, pain, or irritation occurs, and seek medical advice for severe or persistent reactions. ERB does not provide medical advice. 5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our beauty and personal-use products, returns are not accepted once products are opened, worn, used, altered, or removed from original condition. Limited replacement or refund review is available only for eligible damaged or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Subscription & Membership Reference

The Royal Court Inner Circle is a recurring monthly membership. Your membership renews automatically each month until canceled. Where required by law, customers will receive clear automatic-renewal disclosures before checkout. Full pricing, billing, cutoff, shipping, and cancellation rules are in our Membership Terms.

7. Accounts & Member Access Rules

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Member portal access begins immediately after successful payment and continues while your membership remains active. Membership and member access are personal and non-transferable. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, abuse our policies, or involve fraudulent activity.

8. The Set Academy & Member Content Access

The Set Academy is a member education platform. Founding members receive Academy access as a founding benefit; regular members do not receive included Academy access unless separately purchased or granted. Academy content is licensed for personal member use only and may not be recorded, downloaded, reproduced, shared outside your membership, or redistributed. Access to Academy content may be updated, added to, or removed over time as the platform evolves.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, editorial copy, product designs, educational content, and site design — is the property of Enviable Royal Beauty and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Member Content License & User-Generated Content

If you post content in The Royal Lounge or submit images, comments, reviews, or questions to us (including member nail photos and showcase posts), you grant Enviable Royal Beauty a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and feature that content on our website, social media, and marketing materials. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you post. We may moderate, remove, or edit user-generated content at our discretion.

11. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassing, threatening, or disparaging other members, staff, or community participants.
• Sharing membership content, Academy materials, or member-only access with non-members.
• Misrepresenting our products, making medical claims, or posting misleading guarantees on our behalf.
• Attempting to resell membership benefits, abuse referral systems, or commit fraud.
• Any activity that violates applicable law.

12. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve concerns informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing formal action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any formal dispute shall be brought in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
