Membership Terms

1. Membership Overview

The Royal Court Inner Circle is a recurring monthly membership offered by Enviable Royal Beauty, an Arizona-based business. By joining, you agree to receive a monthly luxury press-on nail set and access to member-only benefits as described at the time of enrollment, and you agree to these Membership Terms and our Terms of Service.

2. Pricing — Public & Ambassador Rates

• Public price: The Royal Court membership is $59 per month for all public signups — the website, email list, waitlist, and general marketing.
• Ambassador Access Rate: Enviable Royal Beauty ambassadors may share unique referral links that unlock a reduced monthly rate of $35 (the Ambassador Access Rate) when available. The $35 rate is only accessible through a valid link from an active ambassador — it is never available from the public site — and it may be changed, paused, or retired for new signups at any time.
• Ambassador rate rules: The Ambassador Access Rate remains yours only while your membership stays active. If you cancel, fail a payment, or lose access, the rate is not automatically guaranteed — rejoining later requires an active ambassador link and the referral offer to still be active.
• Your existing rate: Members keep the rate they joined under while their subscription remains active — existing subscriptions are never changed retroactively.

3. Auto-Renewal & Billing

• The membership renews automatically every month until you cancel. Where required by law, customers will receive clear automatic-renewal disclosures before checkout.
• When prorated billing is active, renewals bill on the 1st of each month (the billing anchor).
• If you join mid-month while proration is active, today's payment may be prorated for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Your next renewal will bill at your monthly member rate.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Enviable Royal Beauty does not store full card details.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice to active members; the rate you joined under is protected as described above.

4. Member Access & First Physical Set

• Member portal access begins immediately after successful payment.
• Your first physical monthly set follows the cutoff and shipping schedule — not your payment date.
• Monthly shipping: sets ship the first Saturday of each month.
• Monthly cutoff: the cutoff is the second Saturday of each month at 11:59 PM (Arizona time).
• If you join after the cutoff, your first physical monthly set begins with the following shipment cycle.

5. The Set Academy Access

• Founding members receive The Set Academy access as a founding benefit.
• Regular members do not receive included Set Academy access; Academy access may be available as a separate purchase or grant where offered.
• Academy access is for personal member use only and may not be shared, recorded, or redistributed.

6. Member-Only Shop

Members may purchase add-on sets, private collections, replacement sets, and special releases through the member-only shop. Shop purchases are separate one-time purchases unless stated otherwise, are subject to availability, and follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time through your member account portal or by contacting concierge@enviableroyalbeauty.com.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless processed earlier at our discretion.
• Cancelling does not automatically refund boxes already shipped or payments already processed for the current cycle.
• If your set has already been prepared or shipped for the current cycle, cancellation applies to the following cycle.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment fails or becomes past due, we may retry the charge and your member access may be paused until billing is resolved. If billing remains unresolved, your membership may be cancelled for non-payment. Repeated payment failures may affect your ability to keep an Ambassador Access rate if you later rejoin.

9. Product Use, Wear & Safety

ERB does not guarantee any specific wear time, and wear results vary based on prep, application, lifestyle, nail condition, and aftercare. You are responsible for proper preparation, application, wear, and removal. Press-on nails, adhesives, and prep products may cause irritation or allergic reaction for some users — see our Product Safety notice before use.

10. Refunds & Returns

Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law, and beauty products are not returnable once opened, worn, or used. Limited replacement or refund review is available for eligible damaged or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy.

11. Shipping Responsibility

• You are responsible for providing an accurate, current shipping address.
• ERB is not responsible for delays or losses caused by carrier issues or incorrect address information.

12. Account & Suspension

Membership is personal and non-transferable. We may suspend or terminate memberships that violate our terms, community standards, or involve fraudulent activity, with no refund in such cases.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
