Returns & Refunds

1. No Returns on Used Beauty Products

Due to the nature of beauty and personal-use press-on nail products, returns are not accepted once products are opened, worn, used, altered, or removed from their original condition. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell opened beauty items.

2. Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Sizing choice or sizing that does not match expectations
• Color perception differences between screens and in person
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Application mistakes or results of improper prep, application, or removal

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items — Limited Review

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we will review a limited replacement or refund. To qualify:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at concierge@enviableroyalbeauty.com.
• Include photo proof of the issue (the item, packaging, and label as received).
• Include your order number or the email used at checkout.
• Do not discard the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

4. Approved Solutions

If your claim is approved, the solution may include a replacement, store credit, or a partial or full refund depending on the issue. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Enviable Royal Beauty.

5. Digital Products, Memberships & Academy Access

Digital products, membership payments, and The Set Academy access are not returnable once accessed, except where required by applicable law. Cancelling your membership stops future renewals but does not automatically refund already-shipped monthly boxes or payments already processed for the current cycle. 6. Product Use Reminder

Wear results vary based on prep, application, lifestyle, nail condition, and aftercare, and we do not guarantee a specific wear time. See our Product Safety notice before use, and follow all provided instructions for preparation, application, wear, and removal.
