Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Court Ambassador Program is a 90-day, performance-based brand partnership offered by Enviable Royal Beauty (“ERB,” “we,” or “us”), an Arizona-based beauty brand. Selected ambassadors receive a complimentary conditional Royal Court membership and earn commission on qualifying referrals in exchange for creating authentic content and following the program requirements described below. The pilot is limited to five selected ambassadors.

2. Eligibility

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Applicants must be located within the United States and able to receive U.S. shipments.
• Applicants must operate an active social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or blog/website).
• Applicants must be able to meet the monthly content and reporting requirements.

3. Application Does Not Guarantee Acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Applications are reviewed at ERB’s discretion, and ERB may select, waitlist, or decline any applicant for any reason. ERB may also request additional information, such as account insights or a short introduction video, before making a decision.

4. Ambassador Responsibilities

Active ambassadors are expected to:

• Create one “The Ritual” Reel each month.
• Create two “Life in Motion” Story sets each month.
• Include clear partnership disclosure and ERB tagging on sponsored or affiliate-style content.
• Place their referral link or referral code where followers can use it.
• Submit monthly content and results reports.
• Maintain reliable, professional communication with the ERB team.
• Pay the standard $7 monthly shipping charge for their monthly nail set.

5. Content Expectations

All content must be authentic, brand-aligned, and consistent with ERB’s luxury, warm, and polished voice. Ambassadors must not make guarantees about wear time, fit, or results, must not use fear-based or misleading language, and must not claim that products are damage-free. ERB may request removal of content that misrepresents the brand or violates these terms.

6. Discounts, Commissions & Perks

• Commission: Ambassadors earn 10% commission on eligible net shop referrals and a one-time commission equal to 15% of the first successful membership payment from each qualifying new paid member. Membership commission is validated after the referred member remains active for 30 days. Membership renewals do not generate recurring commission during the pilot.
• Personal discount: Ambassadors begin with 10% off eligible personal shop purchases, unlock 15% after completing first 30-day requirements, and 20% after graduating from the 90-day pilot. Tier advancement is confirmed by ERB, not automatic.
• Conditional membership: Complimentary Royal Court membership access continues only while the ambassador remains active and completes program requirements.
• Payouts: Commissions are paid monthly after validation. A $25 minimum payout threshold applies, and eligible unpaid balances roll forward.
• Exclusions: Commission is calculated after customer discounts and excludes shipping, taxes, refunds, gift cards, chargebacks, and personal purchases.

7. No Income Guarantee

ERB does not guarantee any income, commission amount, sales result, or audience growth from participation in the program. Commission depends entirely on qualifying referrals and valid purchases. Any figures shared in program materials are illustrative, not promises of earnings.

8. No Employment or Contractor Relationship

Ambassadors are independent program participants. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or contractor relationship between the ambassador and ERB unless separately agreed in a signed written agreement. Ambassadors are solely responsible for any taxes on commissions they receive and for complying with all applicable laws in their content and promotion.

9. Brand Content Usage Permission

By participating, ambassadors grant ERB a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, reuse, and feature the ambassador’s program content and likeness on ERB’s website, social media, marketing materials, and advertising, with credit to the ambassador where practicable. Ambassadors retain ownership of their original content.

10. FTC Disclosure Requirement

Ambassadors must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to ERB in every sponsored, gifted, or affiliate-style post, in accordance with FTC endorsement guidelines (for example, using #ad or #ERBAmbassador placed where followers can easily see it before clicking). Failing to disclose may result in removal from the program.

11. Right to Remove Ambassador

ERB reserves the right to pause, remove, or decline to continue with any ambassador at any time — including for missed content requirements, policy violations, referral abuse or fraud, misleading claims, unprofessional conduct, or violation of these terms. Upon removal, complimentary membership access and personal discounts end, and referral codes may be disabled. Commissions validated before removal remain payable; pending or unvalidated commissions may be forfeited.

12. Product Safety & Allergy Note

Press-on nails, adhesives, tabs, and prep products may cause irritation or allergic reaction for some users. Ambassadors should review ingredients and labels when available, use products only as directed, and avoid representing products as medical or damage-free. 13. Program Changes

ERB may update these Program Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The pilot and its benefits may be modified, extended, or concluded at ERB’s discretion.
