A: All First Chamber sets ship on the 1st of each month. Your processing time is prioritized as a member.

Q: When am I billed each month?

A: Your membership renews every 30 days on the date you joined. If you join on the 8th, you’ll always renew on the 8th.

Q: Can I pick my designs?

A: No — The First Chamber is a curated mystery experience to maintain exclusivity.

Q: What shape and length do you offer?

A: Tier 1 is medium to short tapered square or almond shaped.

A: No — each set includes 24 universal sizes so you can achieve a perfect fit every time.

Do you offer refunds?

All Sales are final. We do not offer refunds. But we do offer replacements with conditions.
